Commercial Property Inspections

Every Commercial property is unique with different needs and characteristics. Dependent upon the particular needs of the client and property involved, a scope of work will be written to address each particular inspection. The inspection report or PCA (Property Condition Assessment) will be created along ASTM standards.

We can generally put together and send out a proposal with cost estimate for most inspections. If the property is very unusual or the scope different, we may need to visit the site in order to send out a proposal. There will be no charge for a preliminary site visit if we need it.

As property needs dictate, a team approach system of examination and reporting may be applied. Please call or email for additional information. Normally, there will only be the one inspector on site and the process will not be intrusive or disturbing to any ongoing or operating business or tenants.
