Scott Harris
Oregon’s First Board Certified Master Inspector®
Scott brings more than 25 years of engineering, construction, inspection, and building science experience to every project. As a lifelong builder, consulting engineer, and Certified Master Inspector®, he has completed over 1,000 property inspections across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.
His hands-on experience includes new construction, complete home renovations, power plants, hospitals, schools, office buildings, retail facilities, and water treatment plants.
Scott is also one of the few independent Level III FLIR Thermographers in the Pacific Northwest, providing advanced infrared diagnostics for commercial and residential properties. He follows the Master Inspector Certification Board Code of Ethics and inspection standards while delivering clear, detailed reports that help clients make informed real estate decisions.
