Scott, wow, total surprise. I should have hired you sooner. We had our house sale fell through after a home inspection. After 4 more months on the market, my husband & I spent one weekend, fixed everything you told us to. 2 weeks later we sold the house for full price and the inspector found nothing to report! There were no “re negotiations” or any drama. The deal went through smooth as silk. I will never try to sell a house again without having it inspected first.
